Level Up! Re-planning Physical, Mental and Emotional Well-being

“Level Up! Re-planning Physical, Mental and Emotional Well-being” is an Erasmus+ KA210-YOU Small-scale Partnership co-funded by the European Union and implemented by Lernlabor gUG in Germany and Moon10 Productions in Greece. The project explored how movement, outdoor learning and shared physical experiences can support young people’s well-being, confidence and participation. Through study visits in Leonidio, Berlin, Tinos Island and Rathen, the partners tested Dance, Acroyoga, Sailing, Climbing and Hiking as youth work methods. The project also included multiplier events in Berlin and Athens, where the results were shared with youth workers, trainers, artists, movement practitioners and local stakeholders. One of the main outcomes is the publication “Decision-Making Triangles for Well-being and Participation”, which presents the DASCH methodology as a practical tool for youth work, well-being and participation.
